Application scenarios of polyaluminum ferric chloride
1. Municipal Water Treatment
Drinking Water Purification
Decontamination and algae removal: it can effectively remove suspended solids, algae and colloidal impurities in raw water. It still maintains excellent flocculation effect in low temperature environment (below 5℃), which is suitable for water source treatment in winter.
Heavy metal removal: it has strong adsorption caPacity for toxic heavy metals such as arsenic (As) and lead (Pb), ensuring that the effluent meets the drinking water sanitation standards.
Application in sewage treatment plant
Sludge dewatering: accelerate the sludge settling in primary sedimentation tank/double sedimentation tank, reduce suspended solids (SS) and chemical oxygen demand (COD), and reduce the load of subsequent treatment.
Urban domestic sewage: When treating high turbidity domestic sewage, the floc is formed quickly and compactly, and the settling speed is more than 30% higher than that of traditional coagulants (such as PAC).
2. Industrial wastewater treatment
Papermaking/dyeing wastewater
Decolorization and degradation: effectively remove dye pigments (such as reactive dyes, acid dyes) and lignin, chromaticity removal rate is over 85%, and improve the biodegradability of wastewater.
COD reduction: for high concentration organic wastewater, the dosage is reduced by 20% compared with aluminum sulfate, reducing the treatment cost. Oil and mine wastewater
Oil separation: through the action of charge neutralization to quickly break the emulsion, adsorption of petroleum pollutants, suitable for oil field, machining wastewater.
Mine water purification: remove iron (Fe²⁺), manganese (Mn²⁺), sulfide and other minerals simultaneously, solve the problem of turbidity and heavy metals in mine water.
